Day 6 Re-Do: 200
        Ok so the last couple of days have been failures and stress, so I decided to just re-do days 6 and 7 J I had a 90 calorie bar and a giant salad today.
        Bar= 90
        Salad= 250
        Total= 340
        So I went over the limit but it is so much better than the first time I am just going to leave it alone.

Day 6: ABC
     Gosh, today was a total failure! First the power in the whole city was out so my grandmother and I went out for breakfast. I had 2 scrambled eggs, some hash browns, 2 pieces of wheat toast and almost a whole bowl of oatmeal :P
        Breakfast: Eggs= 2= 200
        Hash Browns= 200
        Oatmeal= 200
        Toast= 2 pieces= 200
        So that was a complete bust! I had about 800 calories for breakfast! Holy crap what the heck was I thinking, oh that’s right I wasn’t. Then for dinner we went out and I had 2 more pieces of toast with jam and also a few scraps from my mom and grandmother.
        Toast= 250
        Jam= 80
        Scraps= 120
        Total=1250
        So all in all today sucked :P though it is going to be hard from now on because my mom is here and then I am going to New York for a week with a bunch of people…life is unfair. I will just work out tonight and get back on track tomorrow with a limit of 300.

Day 5: ABC
     Today I went for a hike at The Headlands, about 2.4 miles, but had to cut it short because of cramps. Damn being a girl. But I did really well today other than that one set back. I had an energy drink mix thing, blueberry and acai, and then I had the other half of the soup from yesterday for dinner. Mom comes tomorrow, but I managed to wiggle out of going out to dinner and I am going to have soup again. After tomorrow it will be harder to stay right on target, but I will find a way. I weighed in yesterday at 165 still which bummed me out, but today I weighed in at 161! J Motivation? I think yes!
        Drink Mix: 5

Day 4: ABC
        So today has been ok, stomach is kind of weird and rumbly but otherwise alright. I feel like I have gained weight, but I am not going to concentrate on that. Today for lunch I had a bowl of vegetable soup. I had a revelation last night that I could eat soup to keep myself in check. So now hopefully it will get easier. I also had animal crackers as a snack and I started to take my vitamins again, so we will see how that goes.
        Soup: 80
        Animal Crackers: 6=50
        Had dinner with Grammy, to make it less suspicious tomorrow I suppose. Had a frozen meal, and have made a decree that there will be no eating after 6:30 pm. I bought a lot of soup today so hopefully that will help ease the pressure a little. Also, I am going to make up tentative meal plans for the next few days so it won’t all be guess work.
        Frozen Meal: 270
        Total: 400
        Perfect results today J still feel bloated and icky but I am going to do some toning workouts and a few ab workouts so hopefully that will help. Talking to Kate really helps to vent.

Day 3: ABC
     It has been ok so far today, I guess. I had a yogurt for breakfast and I am probably going to start my vitamins again.
        Yogurt: 140
        I gave in and had a Special K snack bar :P shoot me now. Though now I have just enough for a salad after work and then today won’t be a complete failure.
        Special K bar: 90
        Salad: 100
        Total: 330
        So I went 30 over today’s limit and totally effed up at work. I ate like a handful of croutons plus the salad. Ugh, shoot me now. Tomorrow won’t be as stressful. I already have it planned out for the most part. Hopefully.

Day 2: ABC
     The day has started out ok, I had a blueberry fruit on the bottom yogurt for breakfast at 140. I have dinner planned out, and 90 calories left for lunch. Maybe some soup? I don’t know.
        Yogurt: 140
        Change of plans, I have to work tonight so I will have a salad for dinner and I hade another yogurt for lunch. I also work tomorrow night so that will make tomorrow easier as well. J
        Yogurt: 140
        Going to have an apple before work and then a small salad.
        Apple: 110
        I ended up having a large salad, but whatever it could have been worse.
